Thanks for the link to my site. Nicely done.
As far as the "Facebook Badge" I don't have it. I have facebook and I have friends there, but I only use it once in a great while. Mostly for shock value. (long story)
As far as your site, its coming along quite nicely!
Keep up the good work,
Allen
I follow some blogs that have a facebook badge too, but I never knew why they had it. Like you, I assumed it was like an invitation.
I'm very knew to facebook too! But the other day, I did notice for my nicece, facebook had left an "automatic" comment on her wall that said "Denise did a friend request to So&SO and was denied."
I just thought that sounded so rude for facebook to publish that & a bunch of us left comments abut it.
I think my niece was embarrassed too, and I would've been to. After that, I haven't done any facebook friend requests unless I asked them another way first!
Glad to follow your blog, and like Allen said, it's coming along nicely! Let me know if I can ever help you. Just email me. John
I like your Blogroll and am adding your blog to mine now! Thanks!
I don't really "get" Facebook. I'd much rather blog.
You are off to a great start!
Best wishes from Portland!
Welcome to the world of blogging!
I much prefer Mafia Wars on Myspace.
You'll not that on my blog I don't post any links to my MySpace or Facebook or LinkedIn profiles. I like it that way.
truthspew had it right...about 9,000 useless quizzes, activities, etc! I just ignore most of that & have about 25 "requests" right now for silly things like "drinks on me, pillow fights, smiles, box of chocolates, etc." You get the picture! I just avoid most of it.
I follow JoeMyGod too! He truly has one of the best gay blogs out there.
One potential problem. I have my FB public search restricted so that only friends and friends of friends can find me in search. I did this to maintain some privacy from clients and prospective clients who may decide to look me up. This setup may result in a blog reader not being able to find me in search.
